We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Great for budget-conscious anglers
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Some remote regions in Asia and other areas may have restricted delivery options.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our angling community, we cannot accept returns on:
- Electronics (depth finders, fish finders, and other electronic equipment due to potential data and calibration issues)
- Beads & Components (small items that cannot be resold)
- Opened or used lures (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with the original packaging and include:
- Copy of your invoice
- RMA number clearly visible

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded
- Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Daiwa reel, Cannon downrigger, or other fishing equipment arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive priority processing for replacement or refund
